TERMS OF THE CONTRACT: This agreement contains all of the aspects of understanding between the Agency of Photography and the Client. This replaces any prior agreement between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is in writing and signed by the parties.
RESERVATION: The signing of the contract and deposit is required to reserve the specified event.
The signing of this contract, the Client booking the date, time and place of the Photo Agency to provide the service agreed, at the same time, which makes delivery of the total payment equal to 100% of the total cost of the service. No date is reserved until the customer has signed and made the payment.
The full cost of the price of the package selected by the customer must be paid no later than one (1) day prior to the event. If you do not receive the full payment will not be made to work, and he will re-reimburse to the customer the 70% of the money given as a reserve.
The minimum amount of Bolivars to book the services is 60% of the value of the selected package.
PRIOR CONSULTATION: The parties agree to meet in advance of the event to address some issues about the logistics of the shots. The bride and groom at their discretion to allow or not such a meeting.
COOPERATION: The parties agree to have all the cooperation and communication in order to achieve the best result of this work. Both the Bride and the Groom will be willing to accept suggestions from the Photographers of the Agency for some shots in particular which will look the style of the Photo Agency.
The timeline photo and methodology selected by the Photographer of the Agency are designed to meet the objectives and wishes of the Customer in a way that is pleasing to the parties involved. The Client agrees that cooperation and punctuality are essential for this purpose.
TIME SPENT: the Photo Agency is committed to assisting in the date and time indicated where it will cover the essence of the event, during the meeting or reception will be notified to the bride and groom on the work done and will agree if they are needed more shots to proceed with or withdraw from the event.
HOUSE RULES: The Photo Agency shall be limited to the rules of the event, The Church or the place of receipt, therefore the customer accepts the technical results of the constraints or limitations that have these. The participation of other professional photographers is not accepted by the Agency of Photography, therefore the customer is responsible for ensuring that this does not happen especially in the Church where commonly appear photographers that interfere with the shoot, as well as, if guests are welcome to bring their cameras, the shooting is not interrupted or inconvenienced to the work of the photographer.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CLIENT: The Photo Agency recommends that the client should appoint a member of the family that may indicate to the photographer, the people who are important, and they want to be photographed during the wedding and will not be responsible for not photographing people, desired if it is not assisted in identifying these people. He is not responsible if key characters do not appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for pictures not taken due to details not revealed to the photographer.
COPYRIGHT: All photos made during the events described above, are the property of the Agency of Photography. The Photographs are purchased by the client (Copy) may not be reproduced and just be used for personal use. Photographers will be able to use these shots as an example of his work, as the material for editorial, advertising, publicity without restriction.
We reserve the right to publish the photographs in our website with the only purpose to show our future clients the work that we have done. If you do not want your photos to appear on our website the price of the service will have a surcharge of Bs 5000 (thousand bolivars) as compensation.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: If by any circumstances of force majeure, accident, disability, or theft, the photographers were unable to meet this commitment, the Photo Agency will make every possible effort to find replacements professionals who cover the event, and agree to notify as soon as possible on the insuceso and will return the value of the advance in the case of not resolve this circumstance.
If the Photo Agency cannot comply with this agreement due to any Emergency, Act of God or other event beyond the control of the parties, the return of the amount paid by the Client. In the event that any photographic material from being damaged in the process or there is a loss of digital data, the Photo Agency does not have a greater responsibility to the refund of the amount provided by the customer.
Although the Photographer try to make each picture specifically required by the client, the Client must understand that a wedding can become a series of events without control, due to external problems, such as changing atmospheric conditions, the natural light that is available, time constraints, as well as the cooperation of the people involved directly and indirectly. Because of this, the Photography Agency can not guarantee.
The Photo Agency is limited by the rules of the place where the official ceremony and the reception. The Client agrees to accept the technical results of these impositions on the photographer. The negotiation(s) of person(s) responsible for these rules for your alteration is the responsibility of the Customer. The Photo Agency only offer technical recommendations.
It is the responsibility of the Client to make and receive permission for the use of the different locations for the shots that needed to get done.
ADVANCE PAYMENT SECURITY: If it gets to be canceled the event, the advance payment will not be refunded to cover any damages incurred since the date is separated with anticipation and Photography Agency can not compromise together with other events, however, if you changed the date. the Photo Agency will be able to attend the event if there is availability.
TIME OF DELIVERY: All the photos of the wedding will go through a process of editing and processing professional, which we will obtain the photographs that will be delivered to the client, in a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days in the agreed format, based on the package that you have purchased. If you want something additional to what is provided in other packages, the price will increase.
The photographs taken at this event will be given in your respective book or album, depending on the package selected, it will include a CD with all the photos in high resolution.
ACUTE EMERGENCIES: Fall into this category of serious injury or illness (of any of the contracting parties), or their close family members, facts, that will cause this agreement to be null and void. The Photo Agency, will return any amount given and no payment will be made of any material used or time incurred while preparing for the photos. If required by the injured party, was presented with the relevant documentation, in written form, causing the emergency. Any party may invoke this clause at any time before the wedding.

The signing of this agreement signifies your full understanding and acceptance of the parties hereto. Any modification (or Annexes) to this contract must be signed by both parties.
